I LOVE Taylor Made Property Management. They have taken care of my properties for over 5 years and I have not had any issues. They pay out monthly and let me know when I need to do repairs. They give me recommendations for upgrades to attract good tenants. I highly recommend them. I feel comfortable to plan on adding to my portfolio.
The staff is friendly and relatable. I feel like they really care about the residents. Work orders are addressed pretty fast. The technicians they send to service are always professional. 10/10 recommend!
