Many promises made, all broken. Timeline was months longer than originally stated (without any weather delays). Workmanship was poor - deep end deeper than requested so we can't stand; steps are different heights; equipment panels and pressure gauge face the house wall, impossible to read; pool overall sits too high so the patio slopes up from the existing patio to the new rather than down away from the house. Don't believe the 5 star review its a crock of BS.. believe all the terrible reviews and the stories cause those stories are exactly like mine. The whole process was beyond a nightmare, worst stress my family had ever been through. Lots of broken promises and terrible workmanship. We spent upwards of 20k over and above just to fix the messes they made.
