Since the pool was installed my steps kept sinking. The guy back filling was using soil and not gravel. I had to fill it with concrete, the coping should sit flush against the steps. Every year my liner lifts too. Nobody else in my subdivision has that problem. Also the liner track wasn't even fully seated in a few spots.
Our experience with Taylor Made Pools has been a complete NIGHTMARE! Mike the owner originally promised 4-6 weeks to complete the project, we are now going on almost a year. The project has been mismanaged from the start and every time we try to get a hold of Mike the owner, we get nothing but excuses and absolutely no accountability. Unfortunately we didn't get the 5 star crew. Afters years of getting quotes and looking at options, we decided to go withe Mike Taylor to do our pool. Huge mistake. It started out fine, then once he had the bulk of the cash and problems started to surface, it got very bad very quickly. No communication, lies, excuses, we're coming-no one shows, we're doing this-someone comes by and says I'm here to do something completely different.
