Taylor Made Iron fabricated a 5' hand rail for us, to go up 3 steps. The steps had a flowerbed on one side and grass on the other side. When the guys came out to install it, it seemed to only have primer on it. I asked them to paint it and they got a spray can and did a poor job of sprayed it. We paid $400 for it and within 2 1/2 months it was rusting.
