(Long-term lease review) Tobey is professional, honest, flexible and extremely responsive. Very easy online/e-mail application process, although the approval took time by the property management company, she kept me updated regularly. Terrible service! We have been trying to get in touch with Taylor Made for about two weeks now and haven't received a reply via email nor text, and they have not answered any of our calls! We even went to the office and found nobody. Don't know if they are still operating but I am extremely disappointed.
We rented an apartment from Taylor Made Furnished Apartments for 10 months. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. They helped us with any issue that arose, which were very few. They were also very quick to respond to any issue. I would highly recommend them for an extended stay in NYC!
My very pleasant stay “ A Stay to be Remembered” in this Taylor Made Furnished roomy and well-lit apartment. The furniture and beds were all comfortable; and tastefully decorated. Bathroom linens and bedding are alsoincluded. I was looking forward to return to NYC as a leader at a major hospital; however Taylor Made has turned my homecoming into a nightmare. I was in need of temporary housing while my new condo was not quite ready. Taylor Made put me, my family and two cats into a unit at 330 west 56th. I was time warped back over 35 years to my college dorm packed with roaches and pungent roach spray smell (of course after I unpacked a full carload after a 15 hour drive).
