I first went to Emily several years ago. I could tell that I wasn’t hearing like NORMAL people. As I thought, my hearing loss was severe. I am so thankful for my hearing aids and the wonderful care I have received through the years. If I ever have a small problem with a hearing aid, I get seen the same day. If I need an adjustment, it’s done. My only regret is that I waited so long to to get a hearing test and the hearing aids. It’s made such a difference in my life. Good people, efficient service and no pressure -- great combination.
I am also reaching the age where help with my hearing may save my marriage. Actually, the music added to TV programs is probably a major source of profit for hearing aid companies. TLC was very good in explaining the status of my hearing (loss) and setting me up with the proper new systems. I recommend them as being very supportive of clients.
