Nice place to live. Quiet and neighbors are friendly. If you have a warrantied maintenance issue though, you will be ignored, even when reporting it on the warranty website. So follow up on issues is terrible once you move in. We have had four windows and a back door water barrier replaced bc they leaked. We are waiting for the sheetrock to be done, siding to be repaired and replaced properly, padding to be replaced and back door frame to be replaced. Going on three weeks.
