I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to make a review but I truly had the worst experience. I felt very invalidated with my medical problems. She is not really good at hiding her facial expressions/bedside manner and told me to my face after explaining my health concerns “what do you want me to do about it?” I was really embarrassed and had to fight back tears. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any doctor, by far. My first time there, I was the first patient in the waiting room in the morning. Dr. Lacy came rushing in, walked right past me without looking my way or even acknowledging me, and continued down the hall. That was red flag number one. Great doctor!I went there as a new patient treated me well and made me feel confident in her and her abilities to treat me.
As a Doctor she leaves alot to be desired. Rushes you out. No empathy, no bedside manner.
