I love Dr Taylor and his staff. So much so that I drive almost 80 miles one way to see him! He came highly recommended and after my first visit I knew why. He is the kindest most caring dentist I have ever dealt with. I have the worst anxiety going to the dentist but now I look forward to going to see Dr. Taylor and his staff. Teeth extractions, bone graphs, sinus lifts and implants with no pain and no problems. Go see him and I promise you will not be disappointed!
Dr Taylor put me at ease immediately. He listened to my concerns and calmed me so the procedure done was a great experience I am very pleased and will highly recommend him to anyone who may have some hesitation with a dentist. The staff is also friendly and attentive. This speaks volumes about how patients are respected here
Had a great experience with Dr. Taylor. My results are beautiful and I am so happy! Dr. Taylor took a lot of time at each visit to explain and answer my questions. Many people kept telling me to go to Dr. Taylor that they really liked him and he did great work. I finally decided to go. They were right! I had a wonderful experience. He spent a very long time (about 45 minutes) explaining my case and showing me the problems on the x-ray and in the mirror. I have never had such excellent care. My results were beautiful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Taylor.
Horrible communication with billing staff. Paid the bill three months ago, dental insurance sent his office a check six weeks ago. We have still not gotten reimbursement. Also, his staff never forwarded records to our regular dentist and we ended up paying for almost $400 worth of X-rays twice. Were told today that it will still be weeks. Now, six weeks and four calls later, they are claiming they never got the check. We are going to have to file in small claims.
