I’ve had so many issues with this dealership either trying to deny my warranty until I threatened lawyers and now finding out they also have given me a car with illegal window tints that allow only 10% of light to come through.

I think it's sad my husband and I purchased a car in February and I'm still waiting on call back on what my warranty actually covers or an answer to any question really. I thought when we met Nick he'd be a better sales man then these buy here, pay here's but honestly Nationwide is better at communication and they didn't even give me a warranty for my car. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone this is my second vehicle I got with them for my first car they told me that I should not have any problems and within 2 months it was they fix the problem. After fixing it broke down and would not come back on So i traded it in and got a brand new 21 Hyundai Elantra hybrid it’s was going awesome than it was a problem a alert popping up say check hybrid system I told the dealership about it they claim they could not find a problem out so they told me to that my car was fine. 3 days... read more

I purchased a car from this location and the following day my passenger door wouldn't open. It literally took 4 appointments with them and one appointment to Nissan for the the problem to be resolved. You basically have to baby sit the service department in order for them to work on anything. The service manager is trash and needs to be fired. He had his service team to do his dirty work for him. I’ve had the worst experience with the service department and have reached out to management and was brushed off and basically told there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend buying a car from there because then you have to go elsewhere to have it serviced. They don’t answer or return calls and they don’t know about the cars they sell. I’ve had more than one horrible experience there.

Service manager at this location , does not return phone calls , my mom had to pay for a rebuilt engine. The car has been in 4 times for the same issue. This last time, a Manger came out , never gave name , offered no solution and said if i didn't stop arguing he would put her car last to be looked at . My mom is a very active 75 yr. Old woman. Had we had my brother with us , could have had some answers. If you need service , DO NOT GO THERE

Car Buyers Beware! This dealership tried to add a $5000. "fee" ABOVE the sticker price at the end of a vehicle purchase. They rolled it into the monthly car payment. It was exposed only when I asked for the final price of the car, which they were very reluctant to give. "Hey Steve Taylor, I wanna see ya" exposed for the ******** ******* that you are!

Buyer beware! Sales people and sales managers don't return phone calls asking about car prices. Website lists out incorrect car prices that they claim is due to their "new" website. If the website lists out incorrect information, that should be removed (or the website taken down) and not mislead customers. KBB lists out the incorrect "lower" price to gain traffic to their website, but it's a dishonest tactic if they won't stand by their prices or even attempt to fix it.

Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg is a bait and switch dealer. Price gouging on the Hyundai Santa Cruz. They advertise price as $29,185.00 on their website then when I went to the dealer for the test ride I was told the price was over $40,000.00. This dealership is a joke!! Completely dishonest dealership with a bunch of ******** challenged salesboys.
