Overpriced, unsafe, and poorly managed. Mail was stolen, cars were broken into almost weekly, and management brushed it off by telling residents to start a “community watch.” During a winter storm, my building lost power and while most of the complex was restored, several units (including mine) were left without heat in 5-degree weather. Management’s only response was to tell us to find somewhere else to stay. On top of that, they refused to return my deposit. Avoid this place.

Great location to help with my Marshall's shopping and Starbucks addiction! Carrie is by far the best property manager that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She is kind and helpful, plus gives my dog all the love and treats!! As an emotional support dog, she goes with me everywhere and Taylor House has been so accommodating with her! She can't wait for our daily desk treats with Carrie!
They refused to accept a valid doctor’s note for my support cat—completely disregarding federal protections under the Fair Housing Act and ADA. Not only is this discriminatory, it’s potentially illegal. Their lack of compassion and understanding is appalling. I’ll be filing a formal complaint and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their rights or mental health.
Kourtney was very accommodating and helpful. Also very patient through the tour. She was wonderful and helped me find my new home
