Overall, I had a bad experience living here. Noise was the biggest issue. Many units are extremely loud. I first moved into a top-floor unit with a very loud HVAC machine above it. Management couldn’t fix the noise within a week, so they let me transfer to another unit, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, most of the remaining units were still very noisy, especially those near the market area and the main roads. Even after moving, the nighttime noise was unbearable. Taylor House has been a wonderful place to live. Mari, Paul, Gianna, and the entire team are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported and at home. The community is well-maintained, communication is great, and the resident events are a thoughtful touch. I’m very grateful to be part of the Taylor House family and highly recommend it. 😊
I had a positive experience with this apartment rental agency. The staff were professional, responsive, and clear with all the information I needed. They made the process straightforward, from viewing the units to completing the paperwork. Communication was smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. Overall, a reliable agency that made finding a place much easier. I’d feel comfortable working with them again.
This place is so terrible to live at, between the people working the front, the parking situation is so bad and over crowded.. the residents there are so bad.. I lived on the fourth floor and moved out not too long ago my neighbor Brittany was the worst.. I would totally avoid living here unless you're out of options
