These people know how to steel your deposit money when you vacate house. Cleaning company also run by them and show you the huge amount of charge in the receipt. In my 7 years of US stay I never paid any single penny for the cleaning charges becoz every single time I left the house in the same condition. These ppl charged me 644$ for just staying 1 year. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to think carefully before proceeding. It seems they have a systematic approach to deducting from deposit returns.
Nice places but maintenance/management has really gone downhill the past year and i expect it will continue. The pool is almost never clean or functioning, the gym is laughable. They obviously equipped it initially and then did zero maintenance thereafter. Nothing functions as it should. You can't be a rental property without maintaining your property and common areas. People pay for these amenities! If you have an maintenance issue at your specific property, expect a bandaid solution.
I am so happy with my new home. Everyone is so easy to work with and they provide a tremendous product. Building a new home is an arduous project but they pleasantly work you through every step. The internal and external trades are excellent and very easy to work with. I wouldn’t have done anything differently and am so very proud and excited about my new home.
