Taylor Home Solutions installed mini splits in our Tolland home this spring. Scott is was very informative about the product and the best setup for our home. He didn't just quote the job, he did the job with a helper. They were in and out in two days with very little disruption. They were clean, neat and professional. Scott was very informative and helpful from first contact through the service call the next business day. He was up front with the expected maintenance, yet also made a point to show me how clean my furnace is despite sub par maintenance intervals. He replaced the expected parts and thoroughly examined my system, verifying and demonstrating via multimeter an additional sensor in need replacement even after I had said just go ahead and replace it. I called Taylor this morning after my AC stopped working. Within an hour he was onsite working on the issue. He explained what he was doing while he was working and took care of everything in just over an hour or so. He was very polite, capable, and professional. The cost was very reasonable and I have zero complaints. Highly recommend his services and I'll be using him from now on.
