Actually 1 star is too much! Prescription sent to them at the end of June for a wheelchair. Insurance approved & ready for pick up on July 19. No call at all to tell us it was ready. I called at end of July & in August......told both times prescription was incomplete, so both times I called Dr office & both times nurse resent prescription. Finally Sept 4, I called again.....same story. I called nurse again & she called their office......that is when she was was told by a new employee that it had been ready for pick up since ... read more
