Actually 1 star is too much! Prescription sent to them at the end of June for a wheelchair. Insurance approved & ready for pick up on July 19. No call at all to tell us it was ready. I called at end of July & in August......told both times prescription was incomplete, so both times I called Dr office & both times nurse resent prescription. Finally Sept 4, I called again.....same story. Total scam company. Sells you old wore out equipment then blames you for it going out, then quits taking your calls. Very rude people working there. Totally unprofessional. Wished I could have gave it zero stars. Buyer beware.

Called twice to let them know that my father was admitted to the hospital and will need to have his tanks picked up and to call me to set up a time. No one ever called and they still show up at 10 am every Friday with their door placard. We are getting no where with this company. I called again tonight and left a message for them to call me before they show up to "deliver" . So we will see.

This is my first adventure w ANY medical device usage. Rep delivered and setup O2 concentrator, yet failed to show how to use the device. Gave 24 hour number for contact, not worth the ink on the page, call and be put on hold for over 30 minutes, finally gave up. When the customer service lady came on the line, definitely felt like I was having to fight to be understood, and no matter my concern was blamed on someone else. My elderly mom is visiting and we didn't know where to get help for a piece that snapped off her Cpap. The staff Stacee, Kimberly, and Josie, went out of their way to help us. They don't take my mom's insurance otherwise we would become a new customer. Even though it was their lunch, they didn't rush and were so kind.

This is the worst company. It was suggested by our Dr to use this company for oxygen needs after surgery. Otherwise, this would have not been my choice. The rep said they would call and make a follow-up visit to check the unit. Nobody called nor did we receive a visit. The only time I felt an urgency from them was when we came home from hospital. I think this is because they don't start getting paid until the unit is at the home for the patient. In addition, it has taken them 3x to actually show up and pick up the unit as we... read more
