If you get divorced in Nicholas County, do NOT use Ms. Hinkle. It is as if the judge heard nothing she said, divorce went completely in the favor of the ex. Run from this lady.. she didn’t make a formal motion for an appraisal, none was done and the judge used an outdated appraisal from 12 years ago. She did not fight at all.
