One of the worst customer experiences I've ever received from a company. I had them come out to give me a quote and after several calls to them, and numerous promises to have the manager call us, we still haven't received a quote. It's now 3 weeks after they promised a quote and after being ignored for this long, I wouldn't use this company if they were the only ones left in town.
