Customer service amazing! Khamani was my service technician and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything thoroughly!
Thomas was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to us why our HVAC system was not operating correctly. He showed pictures of his troubleshooting steps and how he came up with the diagnosis. He showed us an estimate of what the parts would cost and install. Very reasonable price also, due to the age of the unit the company going to check to see if warranty applies.
The technician Vernon was very informative and efficient. I appreciate the work he did for us. He did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend
Jacob was very good at his job and relayed what he recommended as to cleaning of furnace fan. As to the beard contest I had to laugh cause I've got more hair on my back then he has on his chin.
