Our experience at Taylor & Hart was wonderful from start to end. We travelled from Wakefield for a weekend stay at Convent Garden because we wanted Becky's engagement ring to be perfect. The premises were very pleasant with a relaxing vibe. The process was made super easy by Emily, our designer, who was very knowledgable and helpful. A very positive experience from start to finish. Muneerah was excellent in assisting me with creating the perfect ring for my fiancé, providing me with plenty information and knowledge to help me select the perfect band and diamonds to meet my requirements. T&H also assisted in a last minute change to the ring size even though they had already began crafting it in the workshop, this did however void my complementary ring resize post delivery. I can easily say Taylor&Hart has been an absolute pleasure to purchase my engagement ring from. I had most of my contact through Janaya Wabischewich, she was extremely helpful in giving me the information and guidance I needed to pick the perfect ring for my Partner. Even after purchasing, I had multiple updates on the rings progress and delivery date. 10/10 customer service! The ring also was identical to online, I can see its great quality. Diamond and gemstones too.
