I found Taylor and Hart on the internet and I was unsure about using them as their shops were based in New York and London and I wouldn’t get the opportunity to pop down to one of their shops to see the rings in person. JUST ORDERED OUR RINGS!! We are so very excited and working with this company has been as smooth as could be, especially given our inability to visit the showroom in person. Working with Janaya has been a pleasure and we couldn’t have been happier designing our engagement ring and wedding band. Great service from the agent ALINE VERCHEVAL. She was really understanding and helped with the design of our ring. The decision to dismiss the damage as not your responsibility and then require me to pay again for a remake is already extremely disappointing. However, what has been even more unacceptable is the complete lack of empathy, understanding, or willingness to support me as a customer throughout this process. Definitely go to Taylor & Hart! Especially if you want something customized! I worked with Maria and she did wonders making my dream ring come true! I live in California and I was able to do everything remotely which was a major plus because their locations were too far for us.
