Dr. Hairston has been my provider for over a year and I have had excellent experiences. She and her staff are knowledgable and kind.
Dr Hairston to me is a wonderful Dr. She listens to you, takes your suggestions on your own care and always seems to have a solution to try. If she can't help you she is not afraid to refer you to someone who can! She is very commuicative through the portal and all around nice person. She has changed my life. Her nurse is also the best. Doesn't talk down to you or dismisses you
Dr. Hairston has only been my PCP for a few months, but she’s been great! I feel like she listens and cares. Her and her staff are very diligent and experienced and friendly.
She was rushed and needs to slow down when speaking. She needs to express compassion when a patient is speaking about something traumatic instead of being very matter-of-fact.
She has been the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever had. She listens and acts like she's part of your team. I am so lucky I found her!
