Update: My response to the lovely response to Dr. Hoover was too long to add to my review. I have attached and image of the email sent directly to him. This guy just cares about his schedule and his paycheck... What a pathetic waste of education, and dentistry license... Place needs to be shut down. Turning a human away one minute from the front door? What goes around comes around... One day when you need dire help... Then you will understand. I have a fear of dentist so I had been holding off on booking my routine cleaning for a long time. I had my first appointment with Dr. Hoover today, everyone there is great and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend!
They will lock your account if you get sick and don’t know 24 hours prior to being sick. The only way to get it unlocked is to have a 7:45 AM Apt time regardless of if thats doable or not. I recommend just going to a different dentist.
