The people at Taylor Grubaugh made us feel welcome and no high pressure to buy. Our sales person Hayden went out of his way to show us several cars and answered our many questions on the new technology. When we picked up or new Buick Enclave St it was clean and full of gas. Not very happy with this dealership. Took a month for me to ponder if I should write a review, then I asked myself if I'm getting lied to who else is getting lied to. Went in a month bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox, everything that day went well, everyone was very helpful and answered every question I had. It wasn't until after I let that I found out I was lied to not once but twice.
