I have not moved in yet but Keonna the leasing manager made my process of getting approval very good she helped me with every step and took her time helping me. And when I met her in person she was still the sweet person I talked to over the phone. She is very helping and patient. Thank you so much for helping me and being so patient. You deserve a rise really you know what you’re doing. Can’t wait to move in February 2026

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Taylor Gardens. The maintenance staff — Tim, Leroy, and Bo — are absolutely incredible. They are always so professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever a work order is placed. No matter how big or small the request, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of correctly the first time. No one ever in the office. When I see the clock that says will be back at 1:30pm and now it's 3pm and no one is still in. What type of business are y'all running. I will look for a apartment else where.
