I chose to do the repair myself and instead of blowing me off, the gentleman helped me out in making sure I ordered the right parts. This is how more businesses should be run. If I ever don't feel like tackling a garage door repair myself, I now know who I will come to when that occasion arises. Would highly recommend them.

Garage door torsion spring failed. Called and technician came out the very next day. He explained our options and did the repair in about an hour. Showed us how to lubricate the hinges and do a balance test, too. Our door used to be loud: squeaks and bangs, etc. Now it's the quietest it's ever been. Thanks!

The torsion spring on my door broke and I could not get it open. I called Taylor Garage Door Repair Co. and they were out the same day and replaced my springs. They were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say thank you for an outstanding job done on our garage door by Taylor and for coming out as scheduled and fixing the issue we have been experiencing for the past week with our remote system.He explained that motherboard needs to be replaced which he fixed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Taylor Garage Door Repair Co. again in the future!!

My garage door broke down on a Sunday and I called Taylor Garage Door Repair Co. They were able to send out a technician that same day and he arrived on time. He was able to get it up and working within a very short period of time and his charges were very reasonable. He also explained to me what he was going to do.I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.
