This is a true family owned practice to the core. Taylor is exceptional at what he does and is quite personable. I can always appreciate a doctor who does everything themselves which is rare nowadays. Not a lot of doctors are in touch with the ins and out of prepping a patient before they see them but you won’t find that here. Dr. Toms are the best! So experienced, patient, enthusiastic and generous with their time. I feel well taken care of and would def recommend them.
Dr. Tom and staff are friendly, welcoming, and caring. I've never felt like a number or "just another patient" with him, like I have at other doctors offices. I've never had to wait long, but at the same time the staff takes their time to ensure you have the correct prescription and all your questions are answered. Dr. Tom (both father and son) do a great job at educating you and explaining things about your eyes. I wish all doctors in all practices practiced medicine like he does.
