Took my car in for service, one day turned into two into 3 each time needs more part's needs more part's. finally get it back not fixed. went and checked my dash cam all i could see most of the time is the guy working on my car texting on his phone and making dirty comments to female employee's as they walk up to talk. This is what you are paying an huge money for!
Great prompt service. The waiting area is second to none. I was greeted and served almost immediately after I arrived. I drive up to Taylor Ford from Pickering for the above average service and will continue.
Service has been excellent over the last 4yrs. Had issues with dealership I bought the truck from and Taylor was recommended by a buddy. Will consider buying next vehicle from Taylor
Update #2 Well, this is the second time I was told I would get a call back and had to call them and remind them. Both times I waited a week before calling them. I also had to remind them what it was about. I forgot to mention, I was asked to remove my review because they are not good for business. It’s not my review that’s not good for business… I am happy with my Ford truck, not so happy with the warranty your rep told me covered everything with a deductible.
