I called Doug after contacting approximately 4 other floor services who were lackadaisical in their attitude to accept new work. Doug was a go-getter from the start. He quickly came to my residence and gave an honest bid for redoing my oak floors in the Kitchen, Den, and Hallways. The kitchen and den were covered with 4 layers of vinyl that had been there since the house was built in 1953.
