I’ve been coming to Taylor Family Medical Center for over a decade and they still remain just as professional now as when I started. The women working the front desk are very customer friendly as well as the phlebotomy technicians. However my two favorite medical staff members are Wendy and Ms. Nazael Dumay ARNP, who I’ve had the pleasure of benefiting from their medical services since I started at the center. The doctors provide excellent care, but the customer service at reception is terrible and very poor. They leave you on the line for an hour without any response, and if not, they send you to voicemail. They should replace the people working at reception because there is no respect for the customer.
Incredible service, was trying to call the office to make an appointment but I was on hold for more than 10minutes. I'll have to pass.
