The doctors provide excellent care, but the customer service at reception is terrible and very poor. They leave you on the line for an hour without any response, and if not, they send you to voicemail. They should replace the people working at reception because there is no respect for the customer.
Incredible service, was trying to call the office to make an appointment but I was on hold for more than 10minutes. I'll have to pass.
Dr. Caballero is the BEST!! Very welcoming, easy to talk to and understands your needs.
Words can’t explain how friendly and willing to help the front desk staff is!!! I’ve been to many doctor’s offices in my life, by far they’re my favorite here. I started researching in the Miami area, for specialized care due to my needs. Communication is easy, reliable, and trustworthy. I feel like they truly care, which has been hard to find. I’ve met with NP Parga Ibanez and Dr. Kelys Caballero Osario, M.D., and appreciated the time they took with me to help me find answers.
