The staff is wonderful in all the areas that medical center provides the nurse practitioner Kyle need more training in his medical knowledge
I'm a retired nurse and saw Nurse Practitioner Kyle Kaufman, at Taylor Regional Express Care, for an ear infection. I have a LIFELONG history of ear problems. I had to CONVINCE him that the fact that I had PAIN, DRAINAGE, LOSS OF HEARING and a STOPPED UP feeling in my ear, as well as having used drops prescribed by an ENT, that were NOT HELPING,that my ear was infected.
