Your front office is a disgrace we have been taking our pets to Taylor Vet for 15 years. My wife called for an appointment for our pet to get his shots so he could be groomed about 3 weeks ago and asked to see Dr Veagas and they said he was no longer there than she asked to make an appointment they said it would be 3 weeks out and was very rude my wife hung the phone up. We took our pet to another veterinarian to get his shots and his teeth cleaned, blood work and check up.Then today we had an appointment to get our dog groo... read more
My dog was terminally ill and had an episode at home that necessitated he be put to sleep ASAP. It was Saturday night, so my regular vet was not available. I called Taylor ER to make an appointment. When stating that I needed euthanasia, I was immediately schooled about all of the costs involved. They tell you this once, and I would think it was good customer service. I replied with, “it doesn’t matter to me, I have a veterinary credit card, I just need to make an appointment.” It was as if the woman did not hear me! Really ... read more

RecommendedWe have gone to the same Bay Area vet for 10 years with our dog Gracie. After we moved up here we kept going there for 2 years but we decided since Taylor was handling our horse and donkeys they should handle her too. Yesterday she had a dental. We are very familiar with dentals and general vet procedures. . .they did a fantastic job. They pulled 2 teeth. She came home bright and alert, and was able to eat soaked kibble with no problem.
