I regularly board my dog, Sabine here. She gets excited when we pull up & the staff remember her. 😁 They work with her very well as she's a nervous dog. When my cast became & had to be euthanized, they were very caring.

4 hours after the visit my dog started bleeding from the neck, first time I called I received additional medication ,it got worse over night ,the next day I called again they have not even called back in three days! I had to visit a different vet who removed dead skin and muscle tissue from the neck. The dying tissue should have been discovered in the first place since the skin was black as the night dark.

Our regular vet was out of town so we made the trip to Turlock for our Ninja. Who is doing well now. When we called the receptionist let us know that they have several clients already and if we came about 10 pm it wouldn't be a long wait. We got there at ten and had a wait of an hour and half, not bad considering what they had going on. We left at 2am with Ninja feeling extremely better. Well worth the trip.

Hi Kristal! So happy to hear that Ninja is home and feeling better. We appreciate that you understand extended wait times can happen in emergency medicine and hope we will be able to continue to exceed your expectations for your pet's care.

Clearly this company does not value customers whom have been loyal to them for over 13 years...this place used to be great....done dealing with rude condescending clerical staff

I cannot say enough great things about ️dr Anderson and the amazing work she has done with our old horse. He's 25 years old and you would never know it! I bring him for acupuncture and he acts like a much younger horse..... I have shocked people recently at a cattle sorting when he was having a great time going after cattle doing what he loves!!
