Five stars because there aren't more available. We just had our solar installation completed by Taylor Energy last Friday, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain how the system works and what to expect during the final inspection process. I had narrowed down my solar project to two local companies including Taylor. Mike was an invaluable resource in helping to educate me and was very patient with my many requests for information and adjusting quotes. The service I recieved during my project design and quoting was outstanding.
I was up against the Jan. 1 deadline after another company suddenly dropped my solar project. Taylor stepped in and they were courteous, responded to my many inquires and some got it through the permit process. We made it and it was a great job, the onsite crew were friendly and informative and did a great job!
Taylor Energy was excellent throughout the entire process. My solar and battery installation was complicated by my HOA’s requirements, yet each step of the process was handled with patience and thoroughness. Each member of the team was knowledgeable and always informative and helpful. At every step, the team did what they said they were going to do, when they promised to do it. By far the best experience I’ve had with any sort of contractor.
We are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Taylor Energy. They were prompt, responsive and easy to work with on the installation of two solar batteries and an upgrade to our main electrical panel. Highly recommend!
