Gave this guy 3 tries at giving an estimate, each time he never showed, called to say he couldn’t, etc. Probably a good thing for me though, from my past experiences as a custom home builder for 25 yrs it would have been more of the same throughout the whole job had I hired him. People like this never get better once hired, only significantly worse…
I've worked with Randle at previous employers off and on for years. He doesn't just do good work, he's a good person too.
