When Polaris owned gem I could actually buy parts now that waev owns them I have nothing but bad things to say. I have owned a total of 11 gem cars with my business over the years and I am switching products because parts are so difficult to purchase and overpriced I was recently quoted $760 for a set of side mirrors. I bought a set of universal golf cart ones for $30 that work just as good as the $760 set.
Have tried calling into this business for over 3 days to put in an order of vehicles. Have spoken to an operator once, dialed every extension possible, and yet have been able to speak to anyone. Will be taking my business else where. Please consider your time before reaching out to this business.
I was there 2/21/24 as truck driver after I got loaded I asked one of the worker if I can use bathroom to wash my hands and he said ask the boss(manager) and the guy (long hair 30 yrs old fat guy) ddnt even look my face and said nope , if that how you treat your customer keep it up good job ,
