Awesome dentist office. Been going there since I was young and now my children go there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had any problems there. I noticed they had a couple bad reviews but you know some people can get perfect service and still not be happy, they just gotta find any little thing to complain about.

I've trusted Dr. Taylor and her staff with my dental care for over 20 years, their staff is courteous, professional, and prompt. They are very willing to answer your questions about self-dental care or possible corrective procedures- the staff there will not push you to do anything. I cannot recommend Dr. Taylor's Ridge Spring location enough!

Dr Taylor was very polite, patient, and helpful with my dental needs and her office felt calming. Her staff is professional and happy to answer any questions.

Without a doubt the most rude and unprofessional office you could go to. As someone who works in the dental field I would never recommend this office. They speak poorly about the patients behind the front desk glass, where they can still be heard. They do not allow you to go back with your child. They do not discuss treatment options with you before moving forward with treatment. Save your self the hassle and take your child to an office that actually cares and wants to do their job.
