I suggest you go out of business and stop ripping off customers. Jay is horrible on the phone and will not live up to the contracts they write! I think there is a reason why the doors are locked and nobody will answer the calls. Save yourself and find a real door company
Horrible Customer Service – This company installed a door and I had 5 initial problems with it. It took 3 months to get the Salesman back out. Jay the manager told me he would order me a new door and it would be in 6 weeks. That was over 6 months ago. Jay is never available, Lorne gives me the runaround and Fox 2 doesn't seem interested in the story. Well the better business bureau reports 7 unanswered reports and mine was the 8th.
