Completely terrible customer service. They have a terrible system for scheduling. I’ve been told 2 months in a row to call back to schedule. I called this past Friday and was told to call on Monday because there is a new system in place and they can’t book appointments until the new system is set. It’s Tuesday and because they have a “new system” they can’t schedule me an appointment. I’m red on medpros, but even though they have appointments available, I have to wait so they can schedule my cleaning and my exam together. Th... read more

Customer service is lacking professionalism. The ladies at the front desk are very rude . They have to do better or they need to be replaced.

I’m completely disgusted by my experience. The lady at the front desk and the so called NCOIC were completely rude and had no compassion or empathy for my situation. I came in after sick call hours due to a veneer breaking after sick call hours which left my teeth completely exposed and sensitive . I went in and tried to see my dentist who told me it was fine to come in and get it fixed if that situation were to happen.
