Don’t try to call them ! They will never pick up the phone
Front desk was perfectly fine! But, a dental hygienist had a very bad attitude and a very unprofessional behavior. To the point she didn’t finish her job, all because my lips were twitching during the teeth picking on the cleaning. She has also made negative comments towards me. Never experienced this behavior at any dental clinics I have visited. For anyone that goes to this clinic and have had similar experience here, don’t be afraid to file a complaint at the front desk, it’ll help with the professionalism at this clinic.
Never answer their phones and never call you back.
