We had a wonderful first pediatric appointment with Dr. Craft this morning. Very kind and attentive. Answered our questions well and quick to provide feedback on lab work. While I understand front desk is out of physicians control. I would love to see some improvement in that section. We had a little bit of miss communication regarding the appointment date this morning, mistakes happen so we don’t fault anyone.
