It's not a good policy to charge anyone $30 for 6 months of their personal bank statements. This is what you were going to charge a family member of mine. She's been in the hospital with 2 surgeries during these months, has been UNEMPLOYED, NO INCOME AT ALL and can't afford to pay $30 for 12 sheets of paper. Really, Taylor County Bank, where has your compassion gone your community!!?? I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!

I currently bank with TCB and they I had a 30$ NSF charge pending, got the balance out of negative and was charged. I’m In a rough place financially and wrote to the head of operations explaining my situation and asked if they could help. UPDATE: Well, got a call from the president of TCB and explained things and was very courteous and respectful. Once again after all was working, the TCB website forgot who I am. Now I will have to go back to the bank for the 3rd time to get this silly app working again.....
I have recently moved here. My parents have used this bank for decades so I chose this bank for my business too. For the first time, I made a deposit to the ATM this past Saturday. Called today, Monday at 1:30 pm to find out why said deposit wasn't showing up yet. Was told that a Saturday ATM deposit would not be posted to my account until tomorrow, Tuesday. I have banked all over the U.S. and have used ATMs since the 1980s. This is the first bank that has ever taken more than one business day to post a deposit made via the ... read more
