Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with a bunch of different counseling services while seeking support. Everything ranging from giant companies to individual providers. Seemingly at every turn from scheduling to the appointments to billing I was met with frustration and chaos. Taylor Counseling Group stands apart. It’s a rare combination of genuine care and professionalism and a back office that is actually organized. I highly recommend this outfit.
I went into this thinking all they care about is money, and yep. All they care about is money. I had an insurance screw up ON THE INS SIDE, a high up manager even spoke with *JAY* to explain the situation telling her that they will get paid and soon. However, this group decided to STILL tell me that I will have to pay cash for each session until it was fixed.
