Persistent lack of communication and missed commitments on time‑sensitive order. We placed a business laser check stock order with Navitor/Wilmer (Order XXXXXX78) submitting details to their representative on March 19. From that point forward, getting basic information about production and shipping has been unreasonably difficult. JOKE of a business. Employees (MANAGERS) are horrendous people. Mean girl mentality!!!!!!
By far the worst experience in dealing with a printer. Every stage was difficult, the customer service was terrible, their process in general is made to be very complicated. After months of back and forth and incorrect proofs being sent and waiting, we were so frustrated and tired of the disconnect, lack of communication and organization, that we had to cancel the job completely and start all over again with a new vendor.
