By far the worst experience in dealing with a printer. Every stage was difficult, the customer service was terrible, their process in general is made to be very complicated. After months of back and forth and incorrect proofs being sent and waiting, we were so frustrated and tired of the disconnect, lack of communication and organization, that we had to cancel the job completely and start all over again with a new vendor.
I mean this has got to be the worst printing business ever. How does my order get lost every single time I try to order business cards. Other coworkers have experienced same issue. If you’re a corporation looking to contract with a company to print your business cards or anything for that matter, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Got the silent treatment from my boss for months after I talked with HR. Had to take pictures of my time clock coming in and out because they would mess with my punches (I have proof) on numerous occasions. Taylor is a joke and laws that are broken within the company is crazy. They allow young children into the building knowing they have high offenders working in the building.
