The team was friendly and professional. They patiently answered my questions. I like the fact that the detailed quote included pictures. They promptly addressed any situations that appeared during & after the installation.
I called and scheduled an appointment and was given a 3 hour window in which the technician would arrive. After that time lapse there were no further communication to let me know whether the technician was still in route or what was going on. So I had to contact them multiple times to reach out to make sure that their technician was going to come.
