I've picked up flatbed loads of brick here multiple times and the staff has always been kind and directions are clearly posted on signs throughout the property loading has always been quick and efficient never more than an hour and a half in and out
I called to ask a few questions about a pallet of brick for a residential remodel. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and talked down to me while I asked questions. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and kept asking questions that went no where. She could have led the conversation by saying they don't really delivery for residential products but instead drug out the conversation and tore me down after every question.
