I’ve been going here since 2011 when I had a really bad car accident. Dr Taylor has seen me through 2 more accidents, plus my pregnancy, and without him I wouldn’t have been able to function. I’ve since moved across the country , but always make it a point to stop by for an adjustment when I’m in town visiting.
I have been coming here for 3 years now. And every time I walk in I feel welcomed. Sometime I have to bring my 3 yr old here and when he comes they also have a toy for him to pick out of their treasure box. Such a treat for him while mommy takes care of herself. At first I came because I was in pain. But now I come as a normal part of my self care. Scott is always professional and funny. He cares for his patients and listens to what we have to say. Never rushes thru his services and provides a clean environment. So grateful!
I was horrified by Dr. Taylor’s ride bedside manner as a new patient moving here from Chicago. When I asked for a not so aggressive adjustment he said, Oh okay, then I will just call you and do it over the phone. Needless to say, as a female Veteran having served in the US Air Force along with a long line of other family members, I saw this joke as such a lack of respect and found a new doctor. Don’t go here!
I cannot recommend Dr. Taylor highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Taylor takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and explains the treatment process thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand.
