The service was good as always. Very pleasant interaction with staff. I appreciate the multi-point inspection even though I am skeptical of the diagnosis of the vibration issue. I am researching your suggested information that Cooper tires are know for their tire tread “feathering” thus causing vibration issues. Kendall Scott picked my Escalate up in my driveway, drove it 30 miles to Taylor Chevrolet. There the car was serviced the tires and wheels exchanged Winter for summer and It will be returned to my driveway later this evening. It doesn’t get any better than that.
