Chris Callands went above and beyond for our family! He helped me with my door selection, scheduling, and when I had a personal problem he went out of his way to help me and was so kind. I would not hesitate to seek him and Taylor Brothers out in the future. Thank you Chris!
I purchased some 2x12x20 number 1 yellow pine yesterday and took them home. I got home to find out one of the boards had a split going down the last 3 feet of the board. I figured out how to make it work because I didn't want to make the long drive to replace one board. I called them today and they were nice enough to give me a full refund for the board, no argument. That was very nice of them and unexpected. Good luck getting customer service like that at Lowe's or home Depot.
