She is absolutely Awesome! She is very experienced and it shows in her work! She always listens, makes suggestions and I always walk out feeling great! Worst hair experience at Taylor Brooks! Went to Natasha and she made a mess of my highlights. I paid full price $133.00 plus $20.00 tip and she knew the color was not right. I asked her if she was going to fix it and she said "she tried" and gladly took my money and didn't apologize. I was at Taylor Brooks 4 hours for a simple highlight that was not done.
