i tried to speak with a sales person or operator or someone about a purchase called 6 times and the only person to answer was a service advisor the first impression still matters we try to keep our dollars in our community but i am sure if upper management was aware of how many individuals found another place to spend their local dollars out of town as a concern citizen that went to Columbia SC and did purchase a car
