I have been seeing Taylor for body work for over two years and she is phenomenal. She has a very warm and welcoming presence and I immediately feel at ease when I walk in her office. She's located in a suite in an office building right on the water in Edmonds. I find this exponentially more relaxing than a traditional spa atmosphere. I attended a Conscious, Connected Breathwork class lead by Taylor. It was a genuinely moving experience: activating, deeply engaging, and followed by a real sense of restoration. I came away with a lot of respect for her work. Taylor thoughtfully guides you through an active, rhythmic breath pattern that shifts energy, elevates your state, and can open doors to deeper emotional release. It's powerful work and I highly recommend experiencing it.
