Terrible service. Had the parts I needed, went to pickup, waited at the desk, the next person that came in got served while I waited, after he was served the employee left me alone there and went and sat down in the office while I sat there waiting 10 mins for the poor lady in the back to get off the phone to come help me. DO BETTER, you lost another customer.
People are great there and help you find exactly what you need
Very helpful and proactive customer service representative. Didn't have to know exactly what I needed, as he looked it up and made some phone calls. Very nice!
