Awesome experience. Only place I take my wife’s van and my truck for repairs and preventative maintenance. Tracy and Crystal are personable and professional. Everyone needs an excellent mechanic like everyone needs an excellent doctor and lawyer. Highly recommend their services.
I am concerned that Taylor automotive treated my husband and I very differently when we took our cars to them for service. My husband was treated well, had his car repaired, and was charged only for the time that was used to work on his car. When I took my car in, on two separate occasions, I was charged for more time than was used to work on my car. I have just started using this company, but have been very impressed with the level of service they provide. I really appreciate the clean quiet environment with pleasant music, wireless and coffee. They would do very well in my hometown of Alexandria, VA. They appear to be very competent.
The people at Taylor's just sent me a survey to so I could give them feedback on how they were doing. I really appreciate that they care what I think. I have not had this with any other shop I have taken my car to. Last year, they won my business when they fixed a noise that I had spent thousands on at other shops without any success. They found it to be a moulding around the windshield that was loose. Other shops had me replacing belts, power steering, brakes, etc... to no avail.
